How PAYG Billing Works

We quote before we start. No surprise invoices. Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments; on-site visits are a half-day or full-day rate.

  • Remote support from £75/hr (ex VAT)
  • On-site support from £150 half-day
  • Quote provided before any billable work
  • Invoiced on completion
  • No retainer or monthly fee

Is there a minimum charge?

Remote support has a 30-minute minimum. On-site visits are a minimum half-day.

How quickly can you help?

We aim to respond to PAYG requests within 4 business hours. Emergency call-out is available at a premium.

Can PAYG convert to a managed plan later?

Yes — many clients start PAYG and move to managed once they see the value. Any PAYG work done counts toward onboarding.

Do you cover hardware costs?

Parts and hardware are quoted separately and require approval before purchase.
