We assess your machine and tell you exactly what the fault is and what fixing it involves. Standard diagnostics are free; advanced assessments requiring disassembly or component swaps are charged at a fixed £55 bench fee.
Once approved we get to work. We'll call to confirm costs before anything unexpected. No surprises.
